A $250 deposit per person is required upon booking. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival. See the payment and cancellation policies below. Payments are arranged directly with Sports Travel Hawaii after your request is reviewed; no payment is collected here.

- A $250.00 deposit per person is required upon booking to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days before arrival without penalty to your deposit. Please notify Sports Travel Hawaii by email or phone and confirm that your cancellation request has been received.
- If your booking is canceled within 60 days before arrival, you will forfeit your per-person deposit.
- The final balance is due 45 days before arrival.
